| RECOVERY TRANSITIONS TO EXPANSION |
Real GDP reached a milestone in the fourth quarter. Six quarters after the recession ended, real GDP finally surpassed its previous peak reached in the fourth quarter of 2007. Following previous post-war recessions, by contrast, real GDP never took more than three quarters after a trough to establish a new high.

| ANNUAL CONVENTION |
Every year Rosenfield and Company sponsors an annual Brunch for our friends and associate at the NADA convention. This year the convention was held in San Francisco. We had the opportunity to join together with Comerica Bank, Pathman Lewis and United States Warranty Corp to hold our brunch at the Top of the Mark Restaurant at the Intercontinental Hotel.
