Ken began his career in public accounting in 1980. From the outset of his career, he has served automobile dealerships in many capacities...as an Advisor, Consultant, Director, and Owner. His automotive retail practice is one of the largest of its kind and he serves clients all over the world. Ken is one of the first independent CPA's in the country to develop and serve clients in the autodealership industry in Mainland China. He is considered by his peers to be a "thought leader" in the profession and is the author and principal discussion leader of "Services to Automobile Dealerships-an In-Depth Perspective" which is presented all over the country. It is the longest running course of its kind and Ken has received many outstanding speaker awards for his presentations. Mr. Rosenfield also currently serves on the AICPA Auto Dealership Conference Planning Committee and is a member of the Auto CPA Group.
In addition, his experience extends to many other industries including manufacturers, finance and insurance companies, distributors, cruise lines, restaurants and professional athletes.

Ken has two sons and, in his limited spare time, enjoys deep sea fishing and scuba diving on his boat, the “Sea P.A.”, playing one of his many guitars, and the New York Yankees.

Scott Lewis is a Senior Tax Manager in the Orlando, Florida office of Rosenfield and Company, PLLC. He has been a CPA since 1996, and has been in public practice since 1998. Scott concentrates primarily on providing professional services in the areas of taxation and consulting to automobile dealerships. Prior to working in public practice, he was employed as a corporate controller for a group of automobile dealerships owned by AutoNation in the Central Florida area, and previously served as a special accountant to a large automobile dealership during a restructuring and sale.
During his professional career, he has been involved in SEC filings and registrations, acquisition audits, large income tax examinations, testified as an expert witness in a number of litigation engagements, and has testified before the Treasury Department and Internal Revenue Service representing the National Automobile Dealers Association on the impact of a major tax court case to the automobile dealership industry. He has also been engaged to perform internal audit experience in a number of dealerships, working closely with their personnel.
Mr. Lewis graduated with a Masters Degree in tax from the University of Central Florida with honors and is currently working on obtaining his Certified Fraud Examiners designation.
Scott is an active member in a group of CPA firms specializing in automobile dealerships, and has been a speaker on such topics as internal controls and accounting procedures.

Melissa Barbosa joined Rosenfield & Company, PLLC in April 2007. She practices in the areas of tax preparation, tax planning, attestation services and business valuations. Prior to joining Rosenfield & Company, Melissa worked for a large publicly held company where she was responsible for Sarbanes Oxley compliance and internal control auditing. Her experience also includes work with a consulting firm performing engagements ranging from securities fraud, forensic accounting and litigation support services.
Mrs. Barbosa has been a CPA since 2007. She graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Central Florida and a Master's of Business Administration from Florida Southern College. She is currently working on obtaining her Accreditation in Business Valuation.
Melissa is married with two sons and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her family.

Merry has been in public accounting for the past 20 years working for a number of CPA firms as she has moved throughout the country with her military husband. Prior to joining Rosenfield and Company she spent the past 12 years working for another local CPA firm specializing in Estate and Trust tax and accounting services. Before entering the public accounting field she was employed in private accounting for a large household moving company.
Mrs. Jochum joined the firm in 2005 as the lead accountant for the company’s Estate and Trust division. She also brings to the company experience in performing tax and audit work. She is very active in the community and has served on the Board of Directors for various community organizations including Meals on Wheels.
Merry graduated from James Madison University in Virginia with a major in Accounting and minors in Economics and Computer Programming. She is married with one son and enjoys skiing, boating and traveling in her spare time.

Dama Hergner is a Senior Associate in the Orlando, Florida office of Rosenfield and Company, PLLC. Dama joined Rosenfield & Company in January 2006. After working for other local firms, she made the change to Rosenfield and Company. Her experience includes tax preparation and bookkeeping. She is well versed in QuickBooks and excels in client relations. Dama practices in the areas of tax preparation, tax planning, bookkeeping and attestation services. Dama is married with two dogs and enjoys spending time with her family.
Dama graduated from the University of Central Florida with a BSBA in accounting with honors. She is currently pursuing her Master's degree in order to sit for her CPA certification.

Nicholl Atkins joined Rosenfield & Company in November of 2007. Ms. Atkins graduated Valencia Community College with dual Associates Degrees in Legal Studies and General Sciences. She is currently a student at University of Central Florida working to achieve her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
In her spare time, Nicholl enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two step-daughters that keep her on her toes at all times.
