With one of the largest auto dealership practices in the nation, we serve dealers around the globe, throughout the Continental US to Asia. We are considered one of the industries "thought leaders" and are the course developers of the FICPA Course "Automobile Dealerships-An In-Depth Perspective", the longest running course of its kind which is presented throughout the United States. We continually receive awards for this presentation as an "Outstanding Presentation". We have a keen understanding of the inner workings of dealerships unmatched in the industry. We have an exceptional working knowledge of most dealership Data Processing Systems and often act as controllers for our clients when the need arises. We keep abreast of all of the latest issues in the industry, in fact the NADA has retained us on many occasions to be their expert in tax and accounting issues. We have developed our own "proprietary" benchmark analysis and utilize the most efficient methods to extract data and perform a myriad of services for our clients. We are also members of the Auto CPA Group, an international consortium of CPA firms dedicated to the Auto Dealership Industry representing thousands of dealerships and supplying a wealth of resources for our clients. We are not just CPA's representing automobile dealerships; we are in the "car business" and provide CPA services to dealerships and related entities.
In addition to our dealership practice, we represent affiliated entities such as Finance Companies, Insurance Companies, management companies and Extended Warranty Companies, both domestic and offshore.
We are extremely active members in many state Auto Dealer Associations and actively participate in many related groups such as the National Association of Dealer Council.
Manufacturing and Distribution:
This industry group is a significant and growing part of our practice. We are proud to currently provide attestation, Federal and Multistate taxation and real estate consulting services to some of the largest manufacturers and Distribution companies in Central Florida. Our clients manufacture and provide goods and services in a multi-state and multi-national environment. Our clients range from manufacturers of medical equipment, to postage machines to high tech lighting for industrial space. Our distribution clients include some of the largest distributors of machinery and equipment in the Southeast.
Cruise Lines and related entities:
We provide special consultation services to some of the largest cruise lines in the world (some being from the very start up of the company) including pro forma analysis, special project audits and business valuations.
Finance Companies:
Our firm provides attestation, consulting and tax services to Finance companies in the automobile finance industry. We also have experience in serving community banks.
Employee Benefit Plans:
Even though we are not a large firm, we tend to serve large clients. Due to our average client employing over 100 individuals, we have developed a niche expertise in auditing Employee Benefit Plans. We have earned the right to be named as one of the Preferred Providers of one of the largest plan administrators in the nation. Based on our expertise, we are able to provide audits in an extremely efficient and expeditious manner. We have also represented our clients with the Department of Labor and have successfully reduced substantial penalties.
